I learned something :when this was out of stock, I bought some from a different source because I didn't want to be without (it helps me so much). Not only was what I purchased somewhere else more expensive, it didn't work very well. This supplement contains 665 mg vs the 400 mg per capsule that others have. Buying two bottles at one time also an increases the value for the money. I needed the glycinate form of magnesium since the other forms were not effective. This one does get absorbed.This supplement contains 665 mg vs the 400 mg per capsule that others have. It contributes to my overall well being.
