I've been using this product for several years now with great results, as my main source of Choline supplementation. Alpha GPC, taken with piracetam, or any analogue of pyroglutamic acid (Aneracetam, Oxeracitam, etc.) is a powerful cognitive enhancer, as the brain needs that choline to help reload the little sacks of seratonin, L-DOPA and Norepinephrine. So it would stand that the highly concentrated choline in Alpha GPC is most easily used by our brain to assist the conversion to these necessary neurotransmitters.I've been using this product for several years now with great results, as my main source of Choline supplementation. I began using Piping Rock Alpha GPC almost to years ago. Within days I began to spot a short (and long term) memory improvement. I'm 66 and have always had a good memory, but had noticed a slight slippage here and there (not noticeable to anyone but me), and this Alpha GPC has fine tuned my memory to its former state. On the rare occasions when I've run out and had to order more and there were a few days or a week before the new supply arrived, I could definitely notice the difference.
