Life changing product! Highly recommend
If you/your little ones have trouble getting to sleep, then these are an absolute game changer. My little boy has 1 tablet and settles off into a lovely peaceful sleep within 20 mins max. Result being he’s in bed for 8pm, instead of bouncing off the walls at 10pm! Doesn’t alter his sleep at all during the night, and he wakes up fully refreshed the next morning.
