This actually has no flavor so I can add it to anything I want. I add to my Matcha Green Tea or my coffee because it needs warm water to really dissolve unlessI'm blending it into a smoothie. I'm waiting to see if it will do anything for my joints, hair, skin and nails. I'm drinking it along with my MSM granules and my Vitamin C because they all work together. Since I have no problems with the taste, I'll definitely keep using it.This actually has no flavor so I can add it to anything I want. So far I like this collagen. It mixes very well with hot water, no lumps. Has no taste and I can mix it in with my workout drink without changing the flavor.
