For adults, during loading phase: mix one (1) scoop (5 g) with water or juice two to four times per day before or after workout for five days. For best results, consume within 10 minutes of mixing. We had been buying the Creatine powder from a health supplement warehouse as it's an excellent aid in muscle recovery after gym workouts etc. I saw the deal on Piping Rock and bought these on a 2 for 1 deal. We saved so much money doing it this way and the product works really well.
