This product is very effective in calming stressful moments we all have. It's very helpful to take this at night as well to help you to have a more peaceful rest. I noticed results after the very first does. I take one in the early afternoon to take off the edge, and to feel at peace, and I take one about an hour or two before bedtime. I really recommend this for anyone that is stressed out, and does NOT want to take synthetic type medications. I believe in the natural approach always when there is a safer alternative. This brand of GABA works for me! It relaxes my nerves at the end of a busy day. I also like the fact that there are 100 quick release caplets! So they’ll last me a good little while.
