I like Whey Fit Protein because it is easily digestible and provides muscle building protein at a reasonable price. I always choose Natural Vanilla to avoid the sugar. The taste is even better than I thought it would be. Not designed to be used in pancakes but I put a scoop in with the flour-etc. and the taste was great.
