These have improved our evenings, previously our son would go to bed at 7:30 with one of us, and it would generally take to 10pm for him to fall asleep, lots of fidgeting etc. With these he goes off much faster. These have actually changed our lives! 4 year old hasn’t been asleep before 11pm in 4 years. Up and down all night then grumpy the next day. At my wits end with spending every night battling to get her to bed I purchased these as a last resort. Checked them and researched they are completely safe and natural. 1 gummie at bedtime, 45 minutes later she was fast asleep and slept for 12 hours! Woke in a good mood ready for the day.
