These are great! The serving size is 3 gummies but I often have one and then maybe later in the day have another. I am still getting Vitamin C and Zinc (just not as much as the serving size) but that is OK because you do not need large amounts to reap the benefits! These taste great and are easily digestible. I find Piping Rock products to be of High Standard and you simply cannot beat their price!These are great!
